BRING FOOD!

The official Clovis East Canned Food Drive has begun!  The contest has been going on for seven years.  I had a five year winning streak that was snapped two years ago by Mr. Dias.  This year the competition is being held as a school and the goal for the whole school is 4,000.  If we reach that number, our lunch will be extended on December 17 to nearly an HOUR!

This competition is a great way to support a very worthy cause, the Poverello House.  The Poverello House has been helping people in the Valley for over 3 decades.  While none of us might be millionaires and may even be struggling ourselves, there is always someone out there who is worse off than us and could use our help.  Please bring in your non-perishable food items (cans, dried goods, top ramen, etc.) as soon as possible.  Let's help folks out and let's win this competition!
