If we don't have a food item, can we do other culture's food items? Because some cultures have really little food items to choose from. LITERALLY.

I would prefer that it's something from your own culture. Find something with a bunch of ingredients. Every culture has recipes with multiple things don't they?

But mainly all the foods come from other cultures, and aren't ours. So can we just do other culture's? It would be a lot more less difficult. :(

In the instructions, it asks how the ingredients of the recipe would have gotten to the country of origin, but thats not included in the examples. Is that a seperate question altogether?

Must the Columbian Exchange Cook Book assignment be typed? I hand wrote it in a very clear fashion.

Anon. 5:15 Hand-writing the assignment is just fine.
Anon. 4:59 Yeah, the examples probably aren't perfect examples of what you're to do, just a rough idea. There may be other things in the directions that need to be added to the examples. Sorry for any confusion.
