U.S. History: American Anthem by Norah Jones for The War

Coming to the end of World War II and enjoying wrapping up this war that had such a profound effect on the world.  One of the things I've been trying to stress in this unit is the sacrifice that American soldiers made.  I hope that's come through as we've learned about the war.  We owe a lot to the men who sacrificed years of their lives, the comforts of home, family relationships, and in the case of some 400,000, their actual lives so that we can live a life of freedom today.  Here's the video I showed today to put a final ribbon on our study of World War II.
