U.S. History for Friday, February 11

 

1. Discussed the human side of World War II through an introduction to the flagraisers on Iwo Jima.
2. Watched Norah Jones' American Anthem video above, with scenes from Ken Burns' The War.
3. Began work on the World War II review sheet.  The test for period 2 will be on Friday, February 18th.  For period 3 it will be on Thursday, February 17th.
