U.S. History for Wednesday & Thursday, February 9 & 10

1. Watched a couple of portions from The War about Okinawa, the atomic bomb, and the end of the war.
2. Read an article written by a survivor of the bomb dropped on Hiroshima.
3. Made a chart with reasons why the U.S. should have dropped the atomic bombs and why the U.S. shouldn't have dropped the atomic bombs.
4. Wrote a paragraph answering the question, "Do you think the U.S. made the right decision in choosing to drop atomic bombs on Japan?  Why or why not?"
